1. Make sure you both health. I mean there's nothing wrong with your reproduction organt


2. Don't miss chance to make love a week before you get menstruation. Believe me, this is the best time ever.


3. Pray to God before you do that (C'mon it's work).


4. Do the missionaris position, wild style not recommended : )


5. When the game is over : ) don't let semen flow out too soon. stay cool on your bed, lift your legs to wall, wait about 2 or 3 minutes then you can put it down. Clean up you need rest.
